Session 1: Speaking is Leadership 

Leaders are judged by how they communicate in high-visibility moments. Speaking is not just delivery. Speaking reveals thinking.

Session 2: Know the Situation Before You Speak

Better speaking starts before the slides and before the delivery. It starts with deciding what the audience needs to understand, believe, or do.

Session 3: Design the Message

How to clarify your point, structure your thinking, and frame the issue.

Session 4: Make the Complex Clear

How to explain ideas, data, and recommendations so people understand what matters.

Session 5: Frame, Persuade, and Recommend

Leaders do not merely report facts. They frame situations so people understand significance, tradeoffs, and direction.

Session 6: Design Visuals That Support Leadership Communication 

 Slides should help the audience understand the message. They should not become the message.

Session 7: Lead in a Virtual Setting

Master the art of communicating virtually by having technology bring you closer to the audience, not hide you.

Session 8: Deliver with Presence

Leadership delivery is not about being flashy. It is about helping people trust you while they listen.

Session 9: Speak Extemporaneously

Learn how to speak fluently without a script. Because executives do not memorize. They think clearly in public.

Session 10: Handle Questions and Pressure

Leadership credibility is often built or lost after the prepared remarks, when people ask questions, challenge assumptions, or need clarification.

Session 11 Capstone: Your Leadership Speaking Showcase

Each participant delivers a 5–7 minute leadership message using their work-relevant topic. Then they handle 3–5 minutes of questions.
