Better speaking starts before the slides and before the delivery. It starts with deciding what the audience needs to understand, believe, or do.

How to clarify your point, structure your thinking, and frame the issue.
Session 4:Â Make the Complex Clear
How to explain ideas, data, and recommendations so people understand what matters.
Session 5:Â Frame, Persuade, and Recommend
Leaders do not merely report facts. They frame situations so people understand significance, tradeoffs, and direction.
Session 6:Â Design Visuals That Support Leadership CommunicationÂ
 Slides should help the audience understand the message. They should not become the message.
Session 7:Â Lead in a Virtual Setting

Session 11 Capstone:Â Your Leadership Speaking Showcase
Each participant delivers a 5–7 minute leadership message using their work-relevant topic. Then they handle 3–5 minutes of questions.
